Justin Rosemore
Founding Partner
Justin Rosemore is the Founding Partner of ARLS Properties. He is responsible for identifying and executing the company's acquisitions, managing its development projects, and overseeing the company's financial and asset management activities. Justin earned his B.S. degree in Biosciences from the University of Houston and his D.O. from the University of North Texas, Fort Worth. Justin currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
Gershon Seiferas
Partner & General Counsel
Gershon Seiferas is a Partner in ARLS Properties LLC and in ARLS Properties II LLC, and is responsible for coordinating and managing dispositions, handling lease and contract negotiations, and providing legal counsel to ARLS Properties LLC and to ARLS Properties II LLC and their subsidiaries. Gershon earned his B.A. degree in English Literature from Yeshiva University and his J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.

Josh Rosemore
Vice President of Development
Josh Rosemore oversees developments and leasing, helps source additional sites for ARLS Properties III LLC and is responsible for ensuring that each of the companies’ projects reaches stabilization. Josh earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland College Park.

Yaakov Kahn
Accounting & Management, CPA
Yaakov Kahn is responsible for bookkeeping and financial oversight at ARLS Properties, including overseeing accounting and certain property management functions. Yaakov is a CPA licensed by the State of Maryland.
