In May 2021, an ARLS Properties affiliate acquired 7.88 acres on Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall, Maryland. The property consisted of a garden nursery and a residential house. Royal Farms ground leased a parcel and opened a store at the site in 2025 and additional land is available for lease adjacent to Royal Farms.
