In February 2016, an ARLS Properties affiliate acquired 5.5 acres of undeveloped land in Forest Hill, Maryland from a distressed borrower pursuant to a Plan of Liquidation. The site required extensive site work and access rights from the owner of an adjacent property. After the site work was completed and the access rights were secured, the property was improved with a pad site and two retail buildings. The retail spaces in the buildings were completed, and possession was delivered to tenants, in November 2017. Tenants include ChoiceOne Urgent Care, Starbucks, Chipotle and Royal Farms.
