In April 2021, an ARLS Properties affiliate owner acquired a 100,000 square foot shopping center formerly anchored by KMart at South Laburnum Avenue and Nine Mile Road in Richmond, Virginia. ARLS identified the site as a redevelopment opportunity due to the strategic location off of I-64 with traffic counts in excess of 50,000 vehicles per day.
