In July 2021, an ARLS Properties affiliate acquired a 77 acre mixed-use property in Charlotte Hall, Maryland. The site is located at the intersection of Three Notch Road and Golden Beach Road. The property includes a McDonald's, Aldi, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Dairy Queen and Truist Bank, in addition to retail strip centers. A Starbucks is scheduled to open at the site in 2026. Future development phases include redeveloping the existing retail strip centers and additional land is available for development.
