Description

In October 2021, an ARLS Properties affiliate acquired 3.88 acres of undeveloped land from a national outlet developer, on Lewistown Road in Ashland, Virginia. ARLS entered into a ground lease agreement with Royal Farms for a portion of the property. Royal Farms is expected to open in early 2026 and an additional pad is available for lease.
